Aurora
Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. Born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996. Her professional name is Aurora. Her name could be also stylized in the form of AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released through the label Decca Records in May 2015 and received a lot of praise from music bloggers and the press. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band, was released for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among her most well-known recordings. Katy Perry posted a video where she was announcing her endorsement of Runaway. It earned her some recognition. Celebrate the special occasion. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music is when she discovered an old grand piano hidden in the attic. It was awe-inspiring to see what it could do. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes urged Aurora to pursue music, not as a job or a hobby, but as an opportunity to develop. They advised her to compose. Her sources include noted authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan and her love of Bjork's style. After her mom told her that her songs would not just help her gain fame, but also make others see their importance in the world and realize the possibilities for the songs, she decided to begin singing in public. The piano was her first instrument when she was six years old and started creating music when she was nine. It wasn't until her 14th birthday when she shared her story with her parents. Aurora had no idea of being famous. According to her, she loves writing music. She says that music is her preferred method to feel anything.
